Our returns policy is simple. If you don’t like an item after you have received it, it doesn’t fit, or any other reason you can return it within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund (less any rebate you may have received through our My Store Rewards program).
That’s it. No questions, no quibbles, no forms to fill out, no obtaining ‘Return Authorisation Codes’.
All we ask is that you contact us as soon as possible after receipt and return the item as you received it - i.e. in saleable condition unused, unaltered and with all the original manufacturer’s packaging, labels, documentation etc.
Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs and for the item itself until received by us. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free Proof of Posting from the Post Office or use Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery depending on the value of the item you are returning.
Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items
If the item is damaged or faulty when you receive it (or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt) please get in touch as soon as possible and we will exchange it or issue a full refund. We will also cover the cost of returning the item.
If a fault should develop after 30 days of receipt, please refer to the manufacturer’s guarantee.
Please note that most guarantees exclude watch straps, watch faces, watch batteries, cosmetic damage, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse or neglect.
